If you need a fix this is the perfect spot! Two parking spaces are available with immediate walking access into the white cliff box canyon at the end of a dirt road. Parking is adjacent to our workshop where add-on services are available. Plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, welding.
Abiquiu NM is a magnet for artists, creatives, authors, growers and weavers. Nearby weekly farmers market (seasonal) is the epicenter of this small welcoming community. Land is surrounded by National Forest access for hiking, climbing, biking, off-roading, rafting, fishing and exploring archaeological sites. The climate is warm and dry with monsoon in Summer and light snow in winter.
Starlink, power and water are provided.
10 minutes to general store, post office. 25 minutes to big box. 1 hour to Santa Fe. 1 hour 10 minutes to Taos. 2 hours to Colorado.

Del Norte Colorado is an outdoor enthusiast meca for skiing, rafting, hunting and fishing. Local amenities include coffee shops, local/natural grocery, and hospital. Land is bordered by National Forest access for ATV/UTV/Jeep, hiking, climbing and biking.
The climate is four seasons with monsoons in Summer and snow in winter.
The parking area is on fertile ground adjacent to Old Woman’s Creek. A permaculture farm is under development on this land. Those who park with us here are able to contribute to a community food and soil regenerative project.
Starlink, water, septic are provided. You will need solar. This 40 acre property is off grid.
20 minutes to town. 50 minutes to big box. 2.5 hours to Durango.
